Ken Black came out to look at a roof leak and some interior damage caused by it. Said he would have us an estimate by the next day and email it to us. That's been almost 3 weeks ago. My wife called him and left a message. He never responded. This is one of the roofers recommended by our insurance company. Will be calling them also. Needless to say I'm not impressed with their service.
