Scheduled 3 weeks in advance and never heard from them before hand. Once I called to ask what time they would be here 2 days before they said my project wasn't even approved yet and we might have to move it. Ended up getting it approved but they were an hour late. When I got home when they were done they left my porch door wide open and all the plastic still up. Used duct tape instead of painters tape and pulled a bunch of paint off my wall. Not a great experience with the team it the office.
