KB provided a great service, installing a new subpanel, interlock, and generator inlet. Samantha, Clint, and Brandon were all extremely helpful. Communication was perfect, the appointments were on time, Clint/Brandon did a professional job. No messes left behind, did a walk-through of the new set up, verified everything worked as it should, all at a more than reasonable price.

From the initial contact with Samantha, to the completion of the service call with Clint P. you couldn’t ask for better or friendlier service! KB Electric is the only company we have used and will use for our electrical needs. Clint P. is so extremely polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Explained exactly how to operate our appliance. I’d give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Prior to the ice storm Clint P. And Patt Orr. Came out and installed a generator outlet for my home. They were quick, professional and very informative. Walked me through all the Do's and Dont's. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for everything.
