Put the customer first. I was not told there would be a fee to come out. I specifically asked the employee to let me know if there would be a charge before doing any work. Two days later I received a bill for $200 and when asked what the bill was for, I was told by the manager that the bill was for going out and no work was done because the issue had resolved itself.
