I placed two orders several months ago, including some custom items with extended lead times. To date, I have not received over $4,000 worth of product, and the company has given me weekly excuses for why they cannot issue a refund. Both Jill and Frank have acknowledged that I never received my items, yet continue providing explanations such as: “We can’t find the key to the warehouse where the handles are,” “The owner is in China.” “Accounting only works on Saturdays and they’re not answering,” and other similar excuses reg... read more
We chose KB Depot when we remodeled our kitchen. They were a great choice for quality and affordability. When we got there, the lady at the front desk helped us out a lot. We had a vision in mind of what we wanted our kitchen to look like and she quickly created a model that was perfect. The stone options were very stylish and we got to see them up close and make sure they fit our needs. Even when there were the usual setbacks that happen in remodeling, William stayed professional and made sure problems got solved.
