SCAM SCAM SCAM. They will take your money ask for full payment up front, deposit was not good enough apparently. Then give you the run around and say the driver isn’t available or that it’s not ready for pickup. They will tell you the will deliver for sure the next day, they even give you a time frame and STILL THEY WILL NEVER SHOW UP. I had to go in person to confront MARY and get the truth out , that they don’t have the product at all . Why would they lie and keep us waiting for deliveries that never happened?? The service here recently is horrible now. Been two weeks waiting on just some kind confirmation of when our cabinets will be ready. The office receptionist has a major attitude problem as well. This delaying our kitchen remodel tremendously.
This company is an absolute scam. William swindled us out of $36,000 in cash; the project was never completed, and he even tricked us into purchasing materials. Eventually, no one showed up to work on the site anymore. Once he got his hands on the money, he completely stopped responding to us. Whatever you do, do not choose this company—it is an absolute nightmare.

I would strongly advise anyone considering KB Depot to think twice before doing business with them. My friend paid a deposit for cabinetry, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from the start. They repeatedly made promises about delivery timelines that turned out to be completely inaccurate.
