The process went well. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but the finished results were great. Would recommend.

They were timely and quick in their communication and accurate in their quotes. The online invoice system made everything easy and the installation was quick and done well. The product looks great too!
We just had KB Custom Railing install both indoor and outdoor rails. I originally reached out on their website via their online form. I received a call the next day. I explained our needs and they were quick to deliver a very competitive quote. Jeff was wonderful in all our communication. JJ came out to do the site assessment and was incredibly thorough and helped explain our different options. Finally, Todd and Jonah did the install and were quick and very professional. I would highly recommend KB Custom Railing!
