Jeff was the first to bid on our railing project. He showed up with railing samples. He listened to our design objectives and offered options without ‘selling hard’. After interviewing several others, he was the clear choice. And so happy we made it. Jeff was responsive and professional throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final results. KB Railing transformed our ‘very 80’s’ deck into a sleek, contemporary design that does not compete with the view.
We received a referral from our realtor. They are one of their go to providers. They showed up, did the final measurements after I gave them a rough estimate with photos and approximate feet, and we worked out a plan that worked great for my new home adding railing down to our door and gating off our yard matching what was already there. We had Infinity Glass Railing installed on our deck to maximize the view. A well-made product at a very affordable price point. Installation went smoothly and adjustments made without issue. We would use Jeff and his team again.
We've had our railings for about 5 months. We are happy with them. The railings we selected turned out very nice. Jeff helped guide us on which ones to select. The installers were very friendly and helpful.
We couldn’t be happier with KB Custom Railing. They replaced old (rotting) wooden railing on our front stairs and rear multi-level decking with aluminum railing. The quality is rock solid and it looks gorgeous. We also had some complications with some other repair work that needed to be done after the original railing was removed, and they were very accommodating while we delayed the project to get those repairs completed. I would 100% work with these folks again, they were a joy to do business with.
