They did a spa for me, but they did more than just a spa. They did a patio extension with a pergola, a sauna, and they included a chiller pump. Multiple and continuous problems with everything that is not the spa. They do the pools just fine but everything else they tell you they can do, but it is clear that they have very little idea how to do it well or correctly.
