There’s really no need to go into a long story about how poorly our rebuild went. Overall, the process was terrible and KB blamed every single delay on someone else. They took zero accountability for taking 9 months to replace one exterior wall. We had an open exterior wall for the WHOLE summer. Yes, the county was involved but they actually weren’t terrible once the paperwork was finally submitted. It takes weeks and MULTIPLE emails/calls to get any kind of updates from these guys. They sat on the project for a month and a half before even sending someone out to survey my condo, missed multiple appointments without notice, and it’s now been 4 months since they started working on my tiny kitchen and we’re still not done… The icing on the cake was when the lead builder didn’t know I was the owner of the condo 3 MONTHS and dozens of emails into the project... VERY unprofessional - if I could give negative stars, I would.
