Todd is one of the worst contractors. I've known him for years. . He over charges. then bills the difference to the homeowner . At every opportunity Todd trys to find excuse not to pay His subs, not to do the work the insurance company is paying for

There’s really no need to go into a long story about how poorly our rebuild went. Overall, the process was terrible and KB blamed every single delay on someone else. They took zero accountability for taking 9 months to replace one exterior wall. We had an open exterior wall for the WHOLE summer. Yes, the county was involved but they actually weren’t terrible once the paperwork was finally submitted. There were delays due to KB’s workflows and a huge lag time solely based on their disorganization. Overall, the work was fine a... read more
