So my family and I were getting ready to leave when we noticed our floor drains in our basement were starting to overflow. I called KB and they had a great technician, Christian, show up and clear our main sewer line. Had everything back to normal in under an hour after arriving. Very professional and courteous. They even quoted me over the phone and I was charge exactly what was said.
Josiah was Very Polite, clean and careful. Got my sewer line cleaned out and back in order!
My experience with KB Complete was great. Malik was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always had a positive outlook on the job at hand. Very pleased with this company and their employees. Highly recommend them.
