Technician was timely and quick to diagnose and fix. Whole job took 5 minutes. Charged me $199 for that 5 minutes when no parts were used and he never had to go to his truck for any tools. There prices are very extreme and do not account for time, labor or materials. Was told it was going to be $89 for the evaluation but he had already fixed the problem. If I had been told it was simple a water level issue I would have paid $89 and fixed it myself.

Greg did work to bring my electrical panel and wiring up to code with proper grounding, which involved inside and outside work. He went above and beyond, making sure all the connections in the panel were secure. He also installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. He was professional and efficient, and cleaned up everything. I’m very pleased with his work.
