Andre was so thorough and really helpful in explaining everything he was doing to me. He spent the time to write up numerous proposals to give me several service options, talking me through exactly what each one covered as well as the price. I appreciated there was no aggressive sales pressure. I would give him 6 stars if I could!
Philip was great. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He gave me details of the issue and proposed several solutions. Once decided, he fixed the problem.
