Alexandre with KB complete called with his ETA and arrived promptly. He was courtesy and professional. On my end, the furnace was a carry over from the prior owner and although I have had KB service it for years, the time to replace came due. Never a great conversation, but he approached it professionally and within minutes we were connected to a team member to review options to replace the unit. I’m always satisfied with the techs that are sent to my home and this was no exception.
