Ramon came today to do systems checks on our furnaces. There is a problem with one which will need to be replaced. Ramon was very good to explain the problem and we are now set to have the replacement done. Ramon was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had a branch drain line that was clogged between my washing machine and main line. Called KB Complete at 10am, Robert was at my door roughly 2.5 hours later. Talked him through the issue and he drew up a quick scope of work and answered any questions I had. Less than an hour later, my drain line is functional, the work area is clean, and Robert was backing out of my driveway. Expedient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would definitely hire again.
