I’ve been coming to KB Auto for almost 10 years and the service for my cars has always been top notch. The customer service is exceptional and they are invested in assuring you know what is going on with your car! There’s no fluff, no gimmicks and no being taken advantage of, something I especially appreciate as a woman.
Scratched my door on an older truck. Owner and staff were unprofessional when asked about it. Owner and staff mocked age of vehicle while offering no resolution. I will never being a vehicle back here and do not appreciate the dishonesty.
Took care of me, very respectful and professional. I highly recommend coming here if you need any work done to your car.
