KB was fast and professional. Blake and his team worked on my 05 Kia with stellar results and more than reasonable prices. The owner is an outstandingly honest character and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else to maintain the vehicles that protect my family. I highly recommend KB Automotive to anyone looking.
KB could not have been any better, honestly. We were in a rough spot with my father in the hospital and my mother's car started having problems. They do not live in Abilene, and I live hours away. They have always treated me fairly. My friends and family have said similar things about their experiences, so I know I can trust KB and send people I know their way.
I own a '94 K1500 Chevy that I resurrected from someone's personal bone yard. Given my profession I'm not able to perform the work myself as I'm not home enough to do so, so I hired Blake and crew to help me out. Blake is very professional, excellent sense of humor and very straight forward. His crew are always busy and just as professional. Outside of freight constraints on parts, these guys exceeded my expectations all the way around. They have my unyielding loyalty in all matters pertaining to commuter class vehicles.
We have used KB Automotive twice now and I have been nothing but pleased with Blake and the crew. His transparent approach to auto repair is very refreshing. He makes sure you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle, its reminds me of a small town mechanic who cares more about you being satisfied than moving on to the next vehicle. We will continue to use his service with all our vehicles.
