I have been going to Tom and his crew for nearly 20 years. They are without a doubt the most trustworthy shop you could ever patronize. I have lived all over the country but Virginia is my home base and when I’ve had to see other mechanics it just doesnt feel “right”. I never feel as though I’m over paying or paying for an unnecessary services at K & B. Whenever I have work done there it is comprehensive and complete. I will continue to recommend them as the best mechanic you’ll find.
This shop is very flexible and honest. Tom is the best! He is personable, accessible and he'll talk you out of expensive, unnecessary repairs rather than upsell. On top of that, the prices at K&B are more reasonable than other shops I went to nearby. I've had a lot of mediocre experiences w car repair in NoVA and labor costs are usually very high here. It took me a while to find this place, but it's a great business that values customer service and relationships.

Not to be dramatic but l'a trust Tom and his team with my life lol Tom has helped me out so many times with my car (Honda fit) and is always so nice, knowledge, professional, and quick. He's always been very straightforward and honest about anything going on with my car and is very affordable! Car stuff makes no sense to me and I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of but I have never felt led astray by Tom. Highly highly recommend him for anything!!
