My poor dog Phoebe underwent three surgeries on Tuesday, including foreign body removal of a sock, gastroplexy, and bladder stone removal. This experience has been an eye-opener for everyone in our home and utterly exhausting, highlighting the importance of constant vigilance regarding items pets may swallow. I extend my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Conklin of KB Animal Clinic for their exceptional care, which saved my furbaby's life.
Caring, compassionate staff who have always given excellent care to my fur babies. Great listeners and attentive when my pets have needed urgent medical attention.
Maybe in that new website you should have an online scheduler... called twice today and never got through. First time was a 6 min and the second was over 12, who has this much time to waste??? Revision- we have them another chance husband made the appointment after waiting 15 min to speak to a human, showed up today and the girl claimed one was Never made so good luck in business.... scheduling and wasting people's time is a great way to lose customers!
Decent vets and groomers no real problems to speak of there. However, the front desk and scheduling is horrible. First off, they removed the online scheduling feature. Secondly they struggle to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Lastly, I called and was actually able to get through on August 18 to book a grooming appointment. At that time the person reminded me that my dog's heart worm shot was coming due and I told them we would do that as well. All of this for us to show up today with no appointment.
