Just recently i had to make the hardest decision ever with putting down my 15 1/2 yr old Pom. Doctor Kennedy and Vet Tech Samantha were so genuine and so compassionate. It made me feel relaxed/comfortable in knowing not only did i go to the right place but also knowing my baby boy would be taken care even after his passing. They took us into a more comfortable room and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. I would highly recommend this vet office! You can tell how much they truly LOVE animals.
Jayme excels in the field of animal grooming and care. Dr. Andrea Kennedy and Dr. Casey Conklin are highly regarded in the veterinary profession. Their services are unparalleled, and I have relied on Dr. Lauren Tucker's services in Raytown, but have since switched to KB/Kennedy. The practice manager, Stephanie, has been consistently responsive at both locations and fair in previous discussions. I would wholeheartedly recommend these services in Lee's Summit and Raytown. Thank you!
I can't say enough great things about this place and Dr. Welch ! She saved my dogs life new years eve and they fit us in for a non scheduled appointment on the same day because of the urgency of the situation. I will be forever grateful to them ! Thank you guys !
Staff & Vet were incredibly kind and helpful. They were very transparent in their services and are very methodical and only recommend needed services and wont try to add on unneeded costs. Would recommend them to anyone.
