What a great experience. We thought we were going into a regular sushi place, turned out it is different, which I had no idea. the rolls are handmade right in front of you. They are bigger than reg sushi, just 3 ingredients (sticky rice, meat of choice, then wrapped in seaweed. Only sauce they have is traditional soy sauce. Which is all you need.
