Coming in from Cali every weekend the drive is a drag with nothing but fast food from ghost town exits. Kazuki Sushi is the only sushi restaurant you can find when you finally reach the first exit after stateline into vegas and last exit outta vegas before driving back to Cali. Great Service I love this new sushi restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is fast and friendly. I come here at least once a week and I have never been disappointed. The chefs take great pride in their work and the owner is outgoing and hospitable. This truly is a gem of a restaurant!

As a seasoned sushi connoisseur, I must say that Kazuki Sushi really impressed my discerning palate. In addition to it's array of succulent offerings, it houses you in a comfortable yet cool atmosphere. As an out of town traveller I highly recommend this off-the-strip gem.

I have been in the Seafood industry for 27 years and have eaten in countless seafood and sushi restaurants. When I first walked into Kazuki my first impression was how impeccably clean the place was. Went straight to the the sushi bar to inspect the contents.... was then raring to try the chefs creations. The sashimi, sushi and rolls were as best and fresh as I have had this side of the West Coast ! Almost gave up on sushi, especially All you can Eats. Walked into this restaurant and it didnt stink like dead fish, barely smell fishy smell. Not a huge fan of raw fish, was recommended to have the fish/ roll torched and bam the roll was on fire!! Now I can try all these rolls cooked. Rice texture is perfect. Nice to find a good sushi restaurant that has Japanese and Korean sushi chefs with a Hawaain flare. Sick of all these knock off sushi joints that hire wanna bees Sushi did originate from Japan and Korea KAZUKI sushi knows what they are doing. So glad this is my neighborhood sushi joint, even it'd be wasn't it be worth the extra mile. What a gem of a restaurant! I was visiting Vegas and wanted to go off the strip in search of some great sushi and boy did I find it! The chef is an absolute delight and takes great pride in his work. I thoroughly enjoyed all of his wonderful creations. Being from Vancouver, often the local sushi restaurants have great sushi but the decor and ambiance leave much to be desired. I just moved to Southern Highlands and I love this new sushi restaurant. It has delicious food, fast friendly service and a great upbeat vibe. Perfect place to hang out. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to vegas. It is not a far drive from the strip and it is definitely worth making the trip out. The sushi chefs are friendly and the owner is very outgoing and personable. I come here at least three times a week and Im never disappointed.

I don't like all you can eat because servers don't ask if I want to order more unless I flag them down. However at Kazuki the staff are friendly and even pick out rolls that they think ill like. The sushi chefs are super quick and the staff are always smiling. The place is friggin clean too. Seriously every time I go in the staff are always cleaning. Thumbs up. It's all you can ear, there are many but this one is my favorite.
