Pablo was very nice. Great customer service. Very funny I couldn’t see the menu cause I wear glasses and he was kind to help me
It's a real shame that I have to give this such a bad review. Their food is good, but they overcharged me considerably. I suspect they mixed up the cards and charged me for someone else's meal. Service has always been a bit bad for me, as servers often don't seem to know much about the menu or make mistakes like this. Unfortunately I will never return to this restaurant.

When I walked in, there was only four tables and two servers. I had to a go order I had already placed. It took 15 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. After that, it took additional 15 minutes for anyone to even grab start packing my food. My food was already done, but they waited for their table food , took their tables food, and then gave me my food. By the time I got my food, it was cold.
I mean... it was alright. Steep priced for the quality of what I got. The fried egg was room temp, there was barely any cabbage under the katsu, and like... isn't katsudon usually the katsu *over* the bowl of rice, not on the side? Including the tea my order was like 20+ dollars which is kinda rough especially since the flavor and quality was just overwhelmingly okay. Not sure about the other complaints though.
