I received a bill recently for $632.94 for a date of service of 02-20-2024 from Dr. Kazmouz's office. I contacted Kaiser my Insurance carrier and they advised me that Dr. Kazmouz's billing office billed it incorrectly. Kaiser also informed me that I was NOT responsible for this bill. I called the billing office for DR. Kazmouz and was met with the most vulgar, women named Kathy and Peggy. They would would not listen to the explanation about the correct billing of Dr. Kazmouz's office nor how to bill it correctly to get paid.... read more

I had an appointment today 9/27/2024. The nurse practitioner called in sick so the office need to reschedule the earliest appointment is 1/16/2025. So the think by their employee calling in sick they can push my appointment back 4 months? Absurd and totally unacceptable. I’m changing Dr.

Today was my first visit after being referred by my Kaiser physician. The experience was perfect. Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient. I was called in before my appointment time and immediately saw the EKG tech. The nurse practitioner came in a few minutes later and did an exam and recorded my history. She told me what her recommendations were and then confirmed them with the doctor. All subsequent appointments were scheduled and I was on my way. Overall great experience.
