My car's AC stopped working and I went to this shop, they said the compressor is not working and gave me $800 quote for it. They charged me $40 for checking AC and telling me a lie! I went to another mechanic (they did full car inspection in $40) and they said it was the wiring and not the compressor. Compressor was working fine. I was referred to KAZI AUTO by someone who did my tires, and I expected at least a fair and honest assessment. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had during my car safety search. I brought in my 20-year-old car, and instead of a proper inspection, I was told the links were broken and that there was “too much rust” — apparently even needing paint work to pass a safety test, which is not a requirement.
