Kazaxe is phenomenal and I’ve been going for years when I can, all the way from Reston. I burn more calories here than I do in an intensive boxing conditioning class. It’s not only an excellent workout, but you come away feeling empowered. It’s such a fun time.
This is an awesome workout that doesn't feel like a workout. I love what they are doing here. I will be back !
