We learned from a local that this place is a gem, happy hour is a thing. Show up 15+ min and get in line for a 5pm opening. Half price sushi and certain drinks. They only take tables of 2 or 4, so don’t try to bring more. The sushi might be the best we’ve ever had. Started with spicy edamame (which was seriously spicy) blue fin tuna nigiri (WOW) and two rolls which was plenty. This is the best way to get a reasonably priced dinner with the highest quality fish. Wow!!
Best Happy Hour in town! Extremely high-quality! Always incredibly. Black cod… just ordee it! So scrumptious! 🙌🏼
Sushi was average, nothing special. Approximately $30 per roll. Same sushi you can get at other places for half the price. Restaurant was real nice inside, but the decor doesn't make it $30 per roll. Ramen was excellent. I'm okay with $30 for their Ramen bowl. $170 with tip for 3 rolls and a bowl of Ramen and 2 cups of soda is a little outrageous. Lots of food options. Chef K is outstanding!
Overall a little disappointed. We were in the basement, and it was loud. Our server wasn’t that polite - she visited the table too frequently and grabbed things when we weren’t quite done. VERY expensive, probably 1.5-2x sushi prices in other colorado towns, but not that different in quality. Prices not listed on website, the menus pictures are not accurate. The rice paper roll is a total rip off! $28 for one rice paper roll with like two shrimp. Crazy.
