We have used KAZ for our commercial property a few times and residential rental property as well. Great local "mom and pop" business to support. Communication is really good regarding ETAs and any changes in scheduling (if needed). They are very courteous, professional, and responsive to our needs. Thanks again to their team for being there for us when we need them!
