I've worked with a number of realtors in the past but very few have the work ethic and integrity Kayvan showed. He has expertise in his local area and has done a number of transactions recently, which is really important when choosing who you should work with. Also, he is a great negotiator for both sellers and buyers. 10/10

Kayvan is fantastic! He helped me last year with the probate sale of my mom's house. Then when I retired this year and wanted to sell my home, again he stepped forward helping make what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process so much easier. Kayvan was an amazing realtor! He represented me as an agent on the buyer’s side for a condo in San Dimas. He truly went above and beyond in making himself available during the house hunting phase, sticking by me during the entire escrow phase, and diligently following up even after we moved in.
