Went for a Nurse visit, injection, I waited 35-40 min. to get called back. Told they didn’t have their regular staff, 3 times, to which I responded I didn’t care each time, because this office will refuse to see you if you are 10 min late. They don’t care if parking or weather or what YOUR explanation is.
Thank you Dr Patel for all of your help and patience in our time of need!
Dr Patel is great, good bedside manner, his Staff, Tracy, is a rude person, she has no concern or interest in helping as a patient calling with pain and questions, she hangs up on you and speaks to you as if she has to get her point across, bad for business, won't be returning
Dr. P did a wonderful job listening to my grandmother and all of her concerns - and she had a lot of them. He's very knowledgeable and found a way to explain things simple enough for anyone to understand. Thank you again for the care and effort.
Had an 10:40 appointment with Dr Patel. Had some issue finding his office as he has moved since I saw him last so I was 5 minutes late... The signage at the Spring Street campus is a little confusing. I presented myself to the front desk and the first thing I was told was "He may not be able to see you..." When I asked why, she said "You're late. We have a 10 minute rule." I told her that I wanted to see him today, or not at all. She said "Have a seat in the waiting area."
