project. Owner is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. a bully who tries to cheat you. Job took very long we wouldn't see them for weeks. Had to hire another plumbing company to come in and fix the mistakes they made. I would never recommend them. Very dissatisfied.
Did awesome job with replacement of my hot water heater and air conditioner. Very easy and nice to work with.
Has done an wonderful job each and every time we have used him in the last few years since being unhappy with another plumber and changing. Is friendly, willing to come right away, and very knowledgeable about plumbing and heating.
Replaced well a year ago but did not sanitize/shock the well as they are required by Iowa Law. When trying to contact Kayser about fixing the problem they wouldn't answer the phone or return calls. After contacting Health dept they did contact our landlord and said they would contact the tenant. No contact for 3 weeks. After Land lord came to town was anything done.
