Office staff and Phone representative are RUDE. No care for people furniture. No manners I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone
This is the worst moving company in history. These people damage my furniture dirtied my furniture and did not complete the task. Most of my furnitures are left behind.My furnitures the few pieces that where delivered where not set up.Do not use this company. I would never Recommend this company to anyone . They will be hearing from my lawyer.
Having used another moving company on the Hartford area (Greene) who were terrific I have a means of comparison in describing my experience with Kay's. They damaged my house during the move, broke several pieces of property and did not shrink-wrap any of the bedding (which should be standard operating procedure for any mover) and their truck was filthy so the bedding came into our new home dirty and we were unable to remove the dirt.. I would not recommend their service
