INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KAY HERSELF!! – I do not know who you came into contact at that store (though I have a fair idea) but I have been buying from Kay for years and she is the sweetest, most wonderful woman, and a very friendly and courteous, and hands-on businesswoman. Worst Customer Service – I will never step foot in this Hallmark store again...one woman in particular was the rudest person I've ever encountered who worked in a customer service oriented business. Just for her poor attitude and extremely rude tone, I will never purchase anything further from there and will make sure I tell everyone I know never to give this woman any of their hard earned money - it's worth the extra miles to go somewhere else - trust me.
