Very disappointed in Kay’s flowers, what they advertise on their site is not what the send. Pictures are worth a 1,000 words. I sent a message about my disappointment and they ignored me, the message I sent shows read and they don’t even have the decency to respond. I would not recommend Kay’s Flowers. The first picture is what they advertise, the second is what my wife received.
RecommendedShopped at Kay’s Gifts and Flowers for the first time Saturday and had so much fun shopping there. They carry a broad variety of brands. The customer service was awesome with a small town atmosphere in a big city. Can’t wait to go back!!!
