The service can be terrible at times. The lady should perhaps go for customer service training.
I don't know if there is a new manager but I use to love this place. Don't offer when they are closing poor for quality.

Loved it ! The Banga soup with poundo yam was amazing with fish, Saki and ponmo.
Got the palm oil rice, chicken and cow skin. The rice had no flavor, cow skin Soo tough. I love African food and I wanted my wife to try something new and she was very disappointed. The was my 1st and last time eating at Kays
