Kay has been great at helping me understand and recognise unhealthy thought patterns and behaviours and how to catch them. Understanding this alongside the theory and the empathy she gives is helping me a great deal with overcoming my issues. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kay's counselling. Counsellor Kay has been excellent, from the beginning and has been very professional and empathetic and has guided and helped me understand difficult emotions, that I didn't fully understand myself. She makes sure that you feel safe, understood and not judged. She has helped me understand things about myself that I didn't before and process the accompanying emotions in a direct and healthy way.
