I cannot recommend Robert Young enough. From our very first session, I was impressed by how knowledgeable he is; he always had thoughtful, well-informed insights and strategies. He is also very thorough and I never felt rushed. we always covered the material fully, which made a huge difference. The most powerful part of the experience was how I felt after our sessions: I always left feeling lighter and more hopeful. If you're looking for a counseller, he's a fantastic choice.

I referred a friend to Kay’s after months of being on an emotional rollercoaster, family and friends tried to intervene but we got to a point where we had to seek professional advice.
