I hired this agency, and found their work substandard. Their work was sloppy, communication was poor, they are over-priced and their credibility is questionable. They did not complete the most basic services correctly (making beds), and in one instance, I found a high-end king size coverlet wadded in a ball on the bathroom counter. Wonderful service! They always take the time to make sure everything is perfect for my rental guests. Al is very observant and always lets me know if anything needs to be fixed, that I was not aware of. I highly recommend Kay’s cleaning service!! They are the best!!
