Listen, if the sign on YOUR establishment states that you open at a certain time then THAT’S the time you ought to be open. It’s very frustrating to be on a time crunch & drive all the way to a business just to find the door is locked & they aren’t open at the time they’ve designated themselves to be. Online and on the door it states that you open at 10:00am on the weekend. It is 10:30am. Very unprofessional. I went to the kay beauty on blvd which I visit on occasionally if have a event to attend.The customer service was uncomfortable the owner appeared on every isle I was on. Every black person dont steal!!!! I try not to visit their establishment.
