I got my nails done with Kay and I’m very happy with how they turned out! She’s super detail oriented and really took her time with the prep, which I appreciate because my nails aren’t the easiest to work with (the beds are raised and bend in odd ways). She made sure everything looked smooth and natural, with no lumps or warping I also love that she’s honest about what shapes and styles actually work for my nails and explained to me why this will make them last so much longer, which is huge for me since my nails are on the w... read more

Kay’s is amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. I’m generally new to getting my nails done regularly- I used to only get them done for special occasions. Lucia is my technician. She’s very patient and kind. She listens to what you want and if I don’t know, shes happy to make suggestions. I can’t figure out what shape I like yet so we’re trying something new every time. I’ve been a loyal, regular customer at this nail salon, coming every month without fail. But today, I left feeling completely heartbroken and disrespected. I made an appointment on June 9 for Tuesday, June 17, specifically requesting both a hand and foot treatment.
