Kay’s is amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. I’m generally new to getting my nails done regularly- I used to only get them done for special occasions. Lucia is my technician. She’s very patient and kind. She listens to what you want and if I don’t know, shes happy to make suggestions. I can’t figure out what shape I like yet so we’re trying something new every time. I’ve been a loyal, regular customer at this nail salon, coming every month without fail. But today, I left feeling completely heartbroken and disrespected. I made an appointment on June 9 for Tuesday, June 17, specifically requesting both a hand and foot treatment. The receptionist confirmed the booking — yet never once mentioned they wouldn’t have time to do my hands. I showed up today, trusting everything was set.
