After 6+ years of weekly appointments, I can give a 5 star review. Lol Everyone I've met has been kind and professional, and I've made a lot of progress with my life because of counseling here. I've also recommended anyone who has been thinking about counseling to check out this place first.
Not a very good experience. They kept scheduling me with in-person sessions when I clearly asked for video (Zoom) sessions. The counselor I worked with never engaged with me or asked me any questions. Also, he scheduled a Zoom session and never showed up. I gave up and going to someone different.
Such a traumatic experience for my child and our whole family. Do not recommend children going to her if it is a custody situation ever. Not in best interest of child in our experience.
Awesome atmosphere. I find it very comfortable & have found a great counselor there. Would recommend this place.
