I recently had my solar panels installed by kayo energy. Installion went smooth but my electric bill is still high. I'm having a hard time getting a response from kayo. I've been trying for weeks , they also promised a referral check that i have not recieved. Also a Google nest that I was promised for signing up as well. Ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

I'm amending my initial review due to the absolutely HORRIBLE customer service I have received during the last month. We had some heavy rain here and my roof started leaking where Kayo installed my panels. I called multiple days and got the voice mail stating to leave a message and someone would call back within 24 hours. BULL!!!!!! I can’t possibly express how much I regret purchasing solar from Kayo. I’ve had the system for 2 years now and the system is actually costing me more money than before I had it. You call them and yeah they’ll send someone out eventually, but they always say, “yeah, it’s working fine”. This system has yet to offset my electricity bill and I still pay $200+ even in the past 3 months of this review. I am a current Kayo customer. I need my roof repaired but my solar panels need to be removed first. I started this process in January with a Kayo employee that I was told is now no longer with the company. I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE for over a week now. I have left messages, sent emails and sent DMs on social media accounts but have still not received a response.

My family and I recently purchased a home in the Queen Creek area.
