I have been a patient of Dr. Kanye’s for 25 plus years. He was wonderful but I no longer have faith in his office. He and his office manager (wife) refuse to automate. I tried to get records sent to a new doctor for a 2nd opinion and I was asked to pay. I have 2 other comments His office is out of date and rundown Dr Kayne is invested in sharing details about all the influencers he has dinner with and seems more interested in that than caring for patients
Same as everyone else. FYI the billing person is his wife. His former front desk person Alison tried to help. I’ve been asking about an overpayment I made in error a few years ago. When I called Maria his wife said they don’t do refunds but I can use it as a credit. The next year they switched to a billing service who lost my credit. I’ve called, I even asked Dr. Kayne about it-he said he’d have billing get back to me-been over a year no call. I hate to leave Dr. Kayne a negative review but this rating is primarily for the office staff. I've been going to Dr. Kayne for years now and for the past 3 years, I've been getting a bill for copays that I pay on the day of my visit. Each time I get a bill for a copay I paid the day of my visit & I think, "here we go again." I call the office & speak with a live person and each time, I don't ever get transferred to billing; they always just take a message and say they'll give the info to Maria, the Office Manager and who ha... read more
