Same as everyone else. FYI the billing person is his wife. His former front desk person Alison tried to help. I’ve been asking about an overpayment I made in error a few years ago. When I called Maria his wife said they don’t do refunds but I can use it as a credit. The next year they switched to a billing service who lost my credit. I’ve called, I even asked Dr. Kayne about it-he said he’d have billing get back to me-been over a year no call. I hate to leave Dr. Kayne a negative review but this rating is primarily for the office staff. I've been going to Dr. Kayne for years now and for the past 3 years, I've been getting a bill for copays that I pay on the day of my visit. Each time I get a bill for a copay I paid the day of my visit & I think, "here we go again." I call the office & speak with a live person and each time, I don't ever get transferred to billing; they always just take a message and say they'll give the info to Maria, the Office Manager and who ha... read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. I've never experienced such incompetent staff in my life. My primary referred me to this office and when I called to make an appointment they told me I would need to wait 2 weeks for the person who processes referrals to be back in office-fine. Fast forward two weeks, I call and they said the doctor is reviewing my case and I would receive a call soon.
