I have been a loyal repeat customer of Jenni Kayne. Last year I spent close to $2000 on sweaters and this year I’ve spent over $1000 online and in the store. For Christmas I purchased 3 sweaters with your slipper promotion. The sweaters were full price. When I received them they were the wrong sizes and two of them had pilling and hairs on them. I purchased 2 chairs but when I paid and sent my order in I realized I chose the wrong color.Within 15 minutes I contacted them told them I needed to change the color. Their response was no to the change along with all sales are final. This is a cost of over $6,000 for the chairs their response was in so many words tough luck. This was all in 15 minutes. SO BEWARE!!
Went into the store to try on a sweater and just browse. The two staff were very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Felt like they were almost closed. Huge FedEx boxes everywhere I couldn't even walk through the store. One staff member was very huffy puffy when I asked for a sweater in a specific size.
