My first exposure to these shirts was at the annual Reno, NV Rib Cook-Off this summer. The quality of the shirts is obvious! They use an advanced thread-count cotton and I love their attention to detail. These are NOT your typical mass-produced shirts. Their motto aught to be "quality over quantity". Super fast delivery! Quality is better than Hilo Hatties that I wore for 15 years until my Wife demanded I toss it out as it was getting pretty shredded. I ordered a bit oversize as shrinkage over the years would insure a fit to last. This is my second shirt from HSTC and will be getting more.
My husband has 75 High Seas shirts. They are his summer staple - but then we live in San Diego, so summer is about nine months long. Obviously, we think they are extraordinary. First, of course, is the beautiful artwork on the fabric. The fabric itself is such high quality. I just wash them in the washer on Permanent Press, put them in the dryer for about five minutes, then shake them, hang them to fully dry and they're perfect!! No ironing! As someone who sews, I know good quality fabric. The Route 66 car shirt I purchased as a gift exceeded my expectations. The 100% cotton is good quality and the artwork is bright, colorful and exceptionally well done. The sizing is also very generous compared to what I could buy locally. My old car obsessed husband is thrilled with his new shirt! We would purchase from this company again.
I have been a customer for a long time. Shirts in both design and quality are amazing. They fit to size so no problem with the fit. The first shirts I bought are still going strong. I have 70+. Made in America is an added bonus as they are made better than the ones from offshore. Always get comments and question about where I get the shirts.
