Horrible! Receptionist/ nurse doesn't want to be there! Nurses rolled into the parking lot 7:55. We waited til 8:05 to be let in. I signed in. Finally got called up to the window 30 minutes later only to be told they are not doing walk-ins.
So happy we found this office. Office staff is awesome. Kaylin Redinger is excellent! They listen and don’t rush you out. Highly recommend them
I moved to Richlands a year ago from Raleigh NC. I visited this office and was very pleased. The front desk associate, nurse and the provider where all wonderful. I have worked in healthcare for many years and am a bit picky when choosing a medical office and this team was spot on. Professional, efficient and personable. I would definitely recommend them.
Have sores on my left ankle that need attention. Tried to call at 12:00 Saturday, and says they are open until 2:00. No answer, just recording,. If you are not going to be open, why post on the inter net that you are open until a certain time when be closed?; NOT URGENT CARE
