Dr. Kaylen has been a kind, concerned, doctor for both my husband and me for at least 6 years. He helped my husband through several serious medical conditions, provided a choice of excellent specialists, and followed up as the primary doctor through hospital stays. He listens, takes notes, and has been there for me too. Most of his small office staff is very friendly and helpful. There is usually only a short wait for any scheduled appointment. Highly recommend.
I called yesterday to ask if they except my insurance. I was told I have no idea here's billings phone number. I call that number doesn't except calls. I call the office back and im given another number that doesn't except calls. If you don't have common sense to know about insurance how can you trust the doctor has is smart enough to care for you.
