From the minute my husband and I walked in the door, we felt welcome by the front desk receptionist. The medical technician was so kind, she explained what she was doing as she scanned my legs, which took my nervous tension away.. Kay is an outstanding professional and terrific person as well. Her care is the very best I have received. I am grateful not only for her expertise but also for the way she listens to me as a patient.
I scheduled an appointment and waited the 2 weeks to get in. I was called an hour before my appointment and asked to reschedule. I waited another week for my appointment this morning and just received another call this morning to reschedule again. I will find another place to go for my surgery - I’m not impressed with their scheduling. No patient should be asked twice to reschule. Not impressed at all
