I rented a snow cone machine for an event. Once I arrived there to pick up the machine no one was there. I had to reach out and was told it would take someone 30 minutes to arrive. They arrived over an hour later with no sense of being apologetic. I was told next time I rent something that I can call the day before to schedule a time for pickup but they sends out automatic emails stating that they will call you the day before. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not do business with them again.
I had the pleasure of renting from Kevin on several occasions. He’s always prompt when it comes to us placing orders. There is an open line of communication and respect when it comes to handling business. The equipment is very clean and top-notch. I highly recommend his company for all your rental needs.
