Had delivery and set up issues with company
I have been planning events for over a decade now and I have never experienced such awful customer service. On Saturday, May 4th I hosted the sweetest birthday party for a client in Montgomery, AL. The event was originally supposed to be at the client's home but due to rain we had to move the event inside. We communicated this with the rental vendor days before the event. Terrible customer service and B2B acumen! Would not do business with them.
Kayla's Rentals is a great option for event rentals in the Prattville/Montgomery area! We were holding a sudden funeral visitation at our neighborhood residence, and Kevin, the owner, did an amazing job. He set up a 20'x20' tent all by himself in less than 30 minutes and was very friendly during the whole process. I suggest asking him about his story that got him into this business.
