Just awful. This agent has kept every cent, with COVID cancelling the festival and the Govt recommending not to travel to the area. So we reduced our risk, and turned around after 3 days on the road. The agent’s MD said she was “protecting their industry”. My wife is a midwife and we chose to protect expecting mothers.
