I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rondon!! She is so compassionate and listens to your concerns. The office staff is wonderful. I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen. Its so hard to find good doctors with the same compassion as Dr. Rondon- I really appreciate her and her staff!!
Dr. Rondon’s services are just ok in my opinion. Not terribly bad but not great either. I prefer the other doctors and nurses on the team. I often have to pull information out of her. She doesn’t seem to be proactive in following up on test results.
Dr. Kaylah Rondon is truly incredible. She was my rock through my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with GD, it was Dr. Rondon who decided to test me early. She was kind and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and answered every single one of my questions and concerns. I am truly grateful to have her as my doctor.
Disorganized and dismissive of 1st time mom concerns. You’d think a practice in Westfield means something but don’t be fooled by the location. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
