This is Jamie (I'm using my partner's Google account to leave a review). I had my nails done yesterday and Kayla was AMAZING. She listened to me explain what I wanted and then gave me exactly what I asked for. She was quiet, very chill, and kind. She checked in several times during the process to request feedback and refine her process. My nails are beautiful. She did a great job. I definitely will be back.

Overall a very poor experience. If i could give her zero stars, I would. I had made an appointment for acrylic nails, which are offered on the website. Upon arrival I was pushed to get hard gel extensions rather than what I had booked for. If you can't do acrylic, it shouldn't be offered. My nails turned out super thick, and uneven. I'm talking flat areas that bulb out on the sides, obvious dents in the nails. I have been getting my nails done by Kayla for 2 yrs now. She does an awesome job and is creative if you need some ideas/inspiration of what to do. She's kind and personable too! I send my clients (I perform a different service) to her and constantly get complimented on my nails. My clients often look/ask to see what I have on my nails as I enjoy changing it and having fun with it.
