The entire staff is excellent. I walk in to friendly, warm greetings with the reception staff. Once signed in it was a short wait to get in. Kayla arrived shortly thereafter and again a warm smile and greeting. Kayla is very professional and courteous. Great appointment, well organized time there, an enjoyable experience. This is a model for what healthcare should be.
kayla is (sadly) one of a kind- but SHE is the GOOD kind! I've always thought that PA's hold a lot more power than we give them credit for! kayla has a pleasant and direct way of cutting through the medical jargon and getting right to the heart of the problem and usually offering more than one sensible solution! I have only one other doctor who can lay claim to this method of operation, and dr. james thompson and kayla vredeveldt, i treasure you both!

Dr Kayla listens to me & gives good feedback & helps look into whatever the problem or issue I am going thru at the time. She doesn't just blow me off like some Dr's that don't want to take the time to listen to you.
