Made an appointment for Leesville and they scheduled it at the Alexandria office. Called and they worked my son in. Was asked social security number in the event “if” insurance didn’t pay- they would use your ss to collect. We’re Tricare and allotted 1 exam, free, annually. Was told eye exam was $300 if Tricare didn’t pay. You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve had several eye exams and surgeries and have never paid $300 for an exam.
