We love and appreciate the personal attention given to each customer. There’s been times we’ve been served treats and times that multiple staff have rallied for one of us to ensure that we are ready for an event. One day staff even came in early to accommodate our schedule! Thank you Kayla’s! We love you!
Rachel gave me a pedicure and as usual she did a great job. Love her.
I used to love this nail shop. I stop every time I come to town from Arizona but this most recent trip will most definitely be my last. I paid a $100 plus tip for a full set and a pedicure, the same night my thumb nail broke, the next day they fixed it, no biggie, it happens. The same night the other thumb nail broke; I called this morning and they tell me to come in at 12 when I was prepared to come at 9 when they opened because I'm in town for a family reunion to which I explained.
