I declined services, just did a refill. My post-visit summary was incorrect and included testing that had not been done. I called to correct it, and now I’m just waiting for the change and hoping it doesn’t affect my insurance. It’s also clear before coming in, they don’t read your chart; they seem to be in a hurry, the times I visited.
