I have been going to this doctors office since 2009. My doctor retired, Dr. Thomason took over his patients. Yes, she’s intelligent and good at making sure that I know it.
While she is a nice doctor, she is extremely unresponsive(also the nurses). Despite multiple myMercy messages and phone calls, I have not heard back. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you like long wait times and months to respond to bloodwork.
Doesn't seem very engaged
Dr. Thomason is so wonderful. She doesn’t make you feel rushed, she’s very thorough. She genuinely cares about her patients. I cannot recommend her enough.
